Every dollar of ad spend answers to a conversion, not a vanity click.
Rule27 runs your paid search, shopping, and display campaigns as one accountable system, where the ad, the landing page, and the tracking are built by the same team so nothing gets lost between vendors.
PPC Management is the paid side of demand capture. Rule27 builds and runs your campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and the paid social and shopping surfaces that fit your buyers, then optimizes them daily against the number that actually matters to your business: qualified conversions at a cost you can scale. Most agencies stop at impressions and clicks. We start where the click lands, because a campaign that sends expensive traffic to a page that does not convert is just a faster way to burn budget.
What makes this different is the roof over it. Four studios, one roof, zero hand-offs: the same team that manages your bids also writes the ad copy, designs the display and video creative, and rebuilds the landing page the traffic hits. There is no ticket queue between your media buyer and your designer, and no finger-pointing when a campaign underperforms because one team owns the entire path from search query to submitted form. We hold 56+ certifications across 9 ad and analytics platforms and are a Google Premier Partner, so the account is run by people the platforms themselves have vetted, not learned on your spend.
This service is for businesses that have real margin on a sale and want paid traffic to compound it, whether that is a services company buying high-intent search, an ecommerce brand running shopping and remarketing, or a B2B team feeding a pipeline. If you are spending on ads today and cannot say what each channel returns, that is the first thing we fix. Any performance figures we share are sourced from Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics client deployments. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Account and Tracking Audit
We review your existing account, conversion tracking, and past spend to find where budget is leaking and what is actually driving revenue. If tracking is missing or wrong, we rebuild it first so every later decision rests on real data.
Campaign Architecture
We structure campaigns, ad groups, and audiences around your highest-value buyer intent, write the ad copy, and prepare the landing pages the traffic will hit. Nothing goes live until the full path from click to conversion is in place.
Launch and Calibration
Campaigns go live and enter a calibration window where we watch query data, placements, and early conversions closely. We cut waste fast and let the platform learn against clean signals.
Daily Optimization and Reporting
We manage bids and budgets daily, run creative and landing page tests, and reallocate spend toward what performs. You get weekly updates and a monthly deep dive in plain English, no jargon.

Asked often.
What platforms do you manage?
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for search, plus shopping, display, video, and remarketing, and paid social such as Meta and LinkedIn where it fits your buyers. We recommend the channels that match how your customers actually decide, not a fixed package. We hold 56+ certifications across 9 platforms and are a Google Premier Partner.
How is your fee structured?
Paid media is managed on a percentage of ad spend, which keeps our incentive tied to putting your budget to work efficiently rather than padding a flat retainer. Meta and paid social are managed at 15% of spend, and Google Local Services Ads are managed separately at 20% of spend plus a $3,500 setup. The management fee is always separate from the ad budget itself, and we scope the exact number to your channels and spend before you commit.
Is there a minimum ad spend?
We ask for a minimum of $2,000 per month in ad spend. Below that, the platforms cannot gather enough conversion data for us to optimize responsibly, and you would be paying for management on a budget too small to learn from. If you are near that line, we will tell you honestly whether paid is the right move yet.
How fast can campaigns be live?
Typically 5 to 7 days from a clean account and tracking setup to live campaigns. That window covers keyword and audience research, ad copy, conversion tracking, and any landing page work. If your tracking needs to be rebuilt first, we will say so up front rather than launching on data we cannot trust.
Do you handle the creative and landing pages too?
Yes, and that is the point of the model. Ad copy is always included. Display and video creative is produced by our in-house design studio, and the landing pages the ads point to can be built or rebuilt by the same team running the campaign. You are not coordinating a media buyer, a designer, and a web vendor who have never spoken. One team owns the whole path.
What happens to my campaigns if we stop working together?
Everything stays in your account. All campaigns, settings, audiences, and historical data belong to you and remain in accounts you own. If you move management elsewhere, we provide full handoff documentation so nothing is trapped or has to be rebuilt from scratch.
