What do I actually own?

Is there a minimum commitment?
The project is a one-time engagement. The retainer has a 4-month minimum following project completion, then continues month-to-month. You're not locked into a long-term contract, we earn your business every month with results.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Week 1 ends with a design showcase, a preview of your site's look and feel before any full build begins. You review and approve before we build. If it's not right, we retheme it. You don't see a bill for the next phase until the design is approved.
How does the payment work?
25% on contract signing, 25% at week 2 when your site goes live, and 50% at final delivery when all 1,000+ pages are deployed. The retainer starts 30 days after final payment.
