How do I know whether I need custom software or an off-the-shelf platform?
We settle that in discovery. If your requirements can be met by an existing platform with reasonable configuration, we will tell you, even when that means a smaller project for us. Custom development is the right answer when platforms genuinely cannot do what your business needs, or when forcing your process to fit a tool costs you more than building the tool.
How is this different from your web design and web development services?
Web design centers on UX, brand, and marketing sites. Standard web development covers full custom site builds. Custom Web Development is for applications with real business logic: dashboards, internal tools, portals, and automation that a page cannot deliver. The buyer here is usually an operations or product leader, not a marketing lead.
Do I own the code?
Yes, completely. All source code, assets, and documentation are yours at project completion. We retain no licenses and no ownership, and we do not build in any dependency that forces you to keep paying us to keep it running.
How do you keep scope from creeping?
Detailed discovery and a written specification before development starts. Change requests go through a formal process: we scope the change, show its impact on timeline and budget, and get written approval before any work begins. Nothing silently expands the project.
What technology do you build on?

How do you handle testing and launch risk?
