NMHL • Growth

NMHL was operating in one of the most competitive organic search markets in the country — mortgage and lending. Despite offering strong rates and local expertise, their website was generating fewer than 80 impressions per day in Google. Competitors with larger content teams and domain authority were capturing nearly all organic search traffic for the queries NMHL's customers were making daily. The site had no programmatic content strategy and zero presence for the local and state-specific mortgage search terms their customers were actually using.
Rule27 deployed a full OLG engagement — researching every mortgage-related query in NMHL's market, validating targets against actual Google SERPs, and deploying 7,000+ SEO-optimized pages across loan types, locations, rates, and buyer scenarios. Every page was manually submitted to Google Search Console for indexing. The result was a systematic capture of long-tail mortgage search traffic that national brands were not competing for.
We started with a full competitor and keyword gap analysis across national and regional mortgage lenders, identifying thousands of search queries NMHL had no presence for. After SERP validation on every priority target, we designed the URL architecture across loan types, state pages, city pages, rate pages, and borrower scenario pages. 7,000+ pages were generated with NMHL-specific context, reviewed against our quality gate, and deployed with daily manual Google Search Console submission. The first impression spike appeared within 7 days of deployment. By month 7, daily impressions had grown from 79 to 7,300+ — a 92x increase in organic visibility.
